This page sets out the rules for using the MyVega Group portfolio, the responsibilities of both sides, and the limits of our liability. Read it before commissioning a project or downloading any material from the site.
MyVega Group offers digital product design, brand identity systems, motion graphics, art direction, and interactive storytelling. Every engagement is defined by a written brief that lists deliverables, review stages, and the timeline. Work that falls outside the agreed brief is quoted separately before any additional charge is applied.
You agree to provide accurate project information, brand assets, and feedback within the agreed review windows. Delays in feedback may shift the delivery date. You also confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights and that you have permission to use it in the project.
We deliver work to the standards described in the brief and revise it according to the agreed number of review rounds. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party claims that arise from how you use the final deliverables. Our total liability for any single project is capped at the fee paid for that project.
Either side may end a project with written notice if the other side fails to meet its obligations. On termination, you keep the rights to work already paid for, and we keep the right to show the completed portions in our portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement says otherwise.
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. For legal questions, write to info@myvegagroup.com.
